OmniHisaab helps businesses and organisations manage their everyday operations. This policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

We collect information that administrators and authorised users provide while using OmniHisaab. This may include names, mobile numbers, email addresses, organisation details, membership records, payment and expense records, notices, and documents or images uploaded to the service.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and maintain OmniHisaab, authenticate users, manage organisation access, process requested actions, keep records available to authorised users, communicate important service information, and protect the service from misuse.
Who can access information
Access is role-based. Organisation administrators can access information for their organisation, while authorised Super Admins can administer the platform and registered businesses. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that help us host, secure, and operate OmniHisaab, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including authenticated access and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your choices
You may ask the administrator of your organisation to review or correct your account information. Organisation administrators may contact us regarding access, correction, export, or deletion requests. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.
Children's privacy
OmniHisaab is not intended for children to use independently. If an organisation records information relating to a minor, that organisation is responsible for obtaining any required consent and using the information lawfully.
