These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of OmniHisaab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
Using OmniHisaab
OmniHisaab provides tools for organisations, clubs, societies, NGOs, mandir committees, gyms, shops, and similar businesses to manage their operations. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Organisation administrators
An organisation administrator is responsible for the people, records, notices, payments, and content they add or manage. Administrators must ensure they have the necessary authority and consent to collect, use, and share any personal data entered into OmniHisaab.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or infringing material, or use OmniHisaab to commit fraud or violate applicable law. We may suspend or restrict access when necessary to protect users, the platform, or our legal obligations.
Data and availability
You retain responsibility for the information you submit to the service. We may process that information to operate and improve OmniHisaab, as described in our Privacy Policy. While we work to keep the service available and reliable, it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
Third-party services
OmniHisaab may rely on third-party infrastructure and integrations. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Changes, suspension, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance. You may stop using OmniHisaab at any time, subject to any record-retention requirements.
Disclaimer and limitation
OmniHisaab is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
